Private concierge for foreigners in Bali. Visas, property, authorities, and whatever else comes up — I know the people who solve it, and I stay with you until it's solved.
Tell me what you needReply within the hour, seven days a week
Almost nothing here gets solved through an official channel alone. It gets solved because you know who to ask. After years in Bali I know the agencies, the notaries, the lawyers, the owners and the people in offices — and I know which of them are worth your time.
Save the number now. Most questions are easier to answer before they become problems.
I coordinate, translate and accompany. The official work is carried out by the licensed agencies, notaries and lawyers I've worked with for years — my job is making sure it's done properly, on time, and that you understand every step of it.
You tell me what you're planning. I tell you which option actually fits, put it with an agency I've worked with for years, and stay on it until it's done.
Someone is following it the whole way, and you always know where it stands.
I know which places are available, who actually owns them and who is worth dealing with. I introduce you, and I stay alongside the process rather than disappearing once you've been connected.
You deal with people who were vouched for, and nothing gets signed that you haven't understood.
A stop, a report, a summons, an office asking questions. It gets handled in Indonesian, and it goes better when someone is standing next to you who understands what is being said.
You're not agreeing to something you didn't follow.
Most of what people ask me isn't on any list. A builder who won't finish, a landlord who changed the terms, a document nobody can explain, a hospital, a school, a car. After years here I usually know the person for it.
One person to ask, instead of starting from zero every time.
Pick the closest and send it. Detail can come later.
Extension, change of type, overstay, or three agents have given you three different answers.
Something to rent long-term, land you're considering, or a contract you're about to sign.
A stop, a report, a summons, a dispute. Something being handled in a language you don't speak.
Most of what people bring me isn't. Ask anyway — if I'm not the right help, I'll tell you who is.
Nothing to sign before we've spoken.
Tell me what you're trying to do, or what's landed on your desk. WhatsApp is fastest.
What it means, what's realistic, roughly what it costs, and whether you need me for it at all.
The right licensed people, briefed and scheduled. You hear from me, not from five different offices.
Renewal dates tracked, documents kept, and the same number still answering a year later.
Nothing here is solved by knowing the rule. It's solved by knowing who to ask.
CHO BALI CONCIERGEIf something isn't possible, or you can do it yourself in an afternoon, I'll say so.
You see what the agency, notary or owner charges. My fee is separate and agreed in advance.
Every official step goes through someone qualified to take responsibility for it.
Yes, and plenty of people do. A single document explained, or a straight answer on whether a rule applies to you, is a perfectly normal reason to get in touch. If it takes me ten minutes, I'll tell you that too.
It depends on what's involved, so I quote after we've spoken rather than publishing a price list that wouldn't fit your situation. Agency, notary and government fees are always shown separately from mine, so you can see exactly what goes where.
No. Applications are submitted by licensed agencies. I work out which option is right, prepare and check your documents, place it with an agency I trust, and come with you to appointments where it helps.
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is worth avoiding. Decisions and processing times belong to the Indonesian authorities. What I can do is make sure your application is correct and complete, which is where most refusals and delays actually come from.
Not freehold, and the structures people use instead vary a lot in how safe they are. Ask before you fall in love with a villa — I'll explain the realistic options and bring in a notaris to confirm anything binding.
Yes. Most clients are in Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud and Uluwatu, but I work across Bali.
I'm Cho. I live in Bali, I speak Indonesian and English, and I've spent years building the relationships that make things move here — in government offices, with notaries, with owners and landlords.
I take on a limited number of clients, because the whole service depends on me answering when you call.
Whether it's a single document or something you're planning for months from now. The first conversation costs nothing.
